This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which onlinehomeopathycourse.com ("we", "us", or "our") offers refunds for courses, bundles, and programs purchased on our platform. This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Full Refund (Within 7 Days)

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase.
  • You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content (lessons, quizzes, or modules).
  • No certificate of completion must have been issued for the course.

Partial Refund (8-14 Days)

  • Requests made between 8 and 14 days after purchase may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to review.
  • The same content completion threshold of 25% applies.

Special Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the standard window in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If persistent technical problems on our end prevented you from accessing course content, and our support team was unable to resolve them.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same course twice, a full refund will be issued for the duplicate.
  • Content Mismatch: If the course content significantly differs from what was described on the course page at the time of purchase.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at support@onlinehomeopathycourse.com with your order number (format: OHC-YYYYMMDD-NNNN), registered email address, and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and may ask for additional information if needed.
  3. Decision: You will receive an email notification with our decision. If approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.
  4. Processing: The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Courses with more than 25% completion: If you have accessed or completed more than 25% of the course content.
  • Certificates already issued: If a certificate of completion has been generated for the course.
  • Free courses: Courses enrolled at no cost are not eligible for refunds.
  • Promotional or heavily discounted purchases: Courses purchased with discounts exceeding 70% may not be eligible for refunds unless there are technical issues on our end.
  • Requests after 14 days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except in special circumstances outlined above.
  • Account termination due to Terms violation: If your account was terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.

4. Bundle and Program Refunds

For bundles and programs that include multiple courses:

  • The refund eligibility is assessed based on aggregate content completion across all included courses.
  • If you have accessed more than 25% of any individual course within the bundle or program, the refund may be prorated to exclude that course.
  • Partial refunds may be offered if only some courses in the bundle have been accessed.

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds via alternative methods such as cash or bank transfer to a different account.

6. Currency and Tax Refunds

  • Refunds are processed in the original currency of payment.
  • Any applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) paid at the time of purchase will be included in the refund amount.
  • Currency conversion differences (due to exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund) are not covered by us and depend on your bank or payment provider.

7. Consumer Protection Act, 2019 Compliance

This Refund Policy is designed in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. As a consumer in India, you have the right to:

  • Seek redressal against unfair trade practices or deficient services.
