4. Payment and Refunds

All prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location. For Indian residents, prices are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 18% under HSN code 99842.

  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (for Indian payments), Stripe (for international payments), or PayPal.
  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected courses, bundles, or programs.
  • Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing enrollments.
  • Promotional pricing and coupon codes are subject to their respective terms and expiration dates.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Are not equivalent to a formal degree or professional license unless explicitly stated.

8. Discussion Forums and User Content

Our platform may include discussion forums where you can post content. By posting, you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your posted content within the platform.
  • Retain ownership of your original content.
  • Agree that we may moderate and remove content that violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, either party may seek resolution through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Mumbai.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:

Upon termination, your right to access course content will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall continue to apply.
